LIABILITY WAIVER

By purchasing you agree to the following liability waiver:

That I am participating in Reiki, Somatics, Movement, GYROTONIC® sessions, classes, trainings, or workshops offered by Wendy Masterson & The Motion Space, LLC during which I will receive information and instruction about somatic modalities, wellness techniques, movement and health. I recognize that any of the above activities may require physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition that would prevent my participation in these movement activities, health programs, or workshops. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to and regarding my participation in Reiki, Somatic, Movement, GYROTONIC®, classes, sessions, training or workshops.
In consideration of being permitted to participate in classes, sessions, training, or workshops, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the classes, sessions, training, or workshops.
I understand that GYROTONIC® and Somatic, Movement, and Reiki classes and training require hands on contact, and I accept my responsibility to inform my trainer if any touch is uncomfortable.
I understand that it is my responsibility to self-regulate my behaviors and actions.
In further consideration of being permitted to participate in classes, sessions, training, or workshops, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against GYROTONIC® or Wendy Masterson or The Motion Space, LLC for injury or damages that I might sustain as a result of participating.
I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue GYROTONIC® or Wendy Masterson or The Motion Space, LLC for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.
I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.

Online Course Access
Access to online Reiki courses is limited to 3-months from time of purchase.

Access to online pre-recorded exercise videos is limited to 30 days. Videos will be released throughout the 30 day period.

Refund Policy

The Motion Space LLC reserves the right to deny a refund request for any reason at it's sole discretion

Online courses including the LIVE modules/sessions are non-refundable. In some cases these links are sent automatically upon registration and payment.
If there is reasonable cause, students may move their courses forward to a new date after booking and paying for a course. You must email The Motion Space with this request 7 days prior to course start-date.

The Motion Space LLC does not accept responsibility for changes in students’ personal circumstances.

Refunds may not be issued for any other reason, including but not limited to: the customer being unable to afford their purchase; the customer requesting a refund before using the product as it is intended to be used; the customer not being satisfied with billing; the customer not being satisfied with customer support.

If for some reason, a refund request is granted by The Motion Space, any filed dispute with payment providers or PayPal must be removed prior to refund issuance.

Cancellation of Course by The Motion Space LLC
If any of the LIVE modules, sessions, or appointments are cancelled by The Motion Space LLC, a new date will be offered. Money paid for the course will be applied to the new date.

Cancellation of Scheduled Appointment or Private Session
All changes and cancellations must be made at least 24-hours in advance. Please be courteous and contact The Motion Space promptly if you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment 24 hours prior to scheduled time.

To cancel your appointment or session, contact The Motion Space at [email protected].

Appointments or sessions which are not cancelled at least 24-hours in advance will be charged the full rate for that appointment and/or session.

If you cancel or change your appointment or session with at least 24 hours notice to The Motion Space, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.

If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, your appointment or session is a Private Session, it will be rescheduled.

Classes are not rescheduled nor refunded.
